2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R launched in India at Rs 15.99 lakh: Gets two new colour options

Kawasaki has launched the 2023 Ninja ZX-10R motorcycle in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This makes the updated version of the superbike Rs 85,000 more expensive over the outgoing model. The new Ninja ZX-10R gets two new paint schemes as a part of the update, namely Kawasaki Lime Green and Pearl Robotic White.
Apart from that, no other changes have been made. Powering the motorcycle is the same 998 cc inline-four cylinder liquid-cooled engine that puts out 203 hp of max power at 13,200 rpm, along with 114.9 Nm of peak torque at 11,400 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

The suspension duties are taken care of by a fully adjustable 43 mm Showa upside down fork at the front, coupled to Showa monoshock unit at the back. The braking setup consists of dual semi-floating 330 mm Brembo discs up front with dual radial-mount, Brembo M50 monobloc, opposed 4-piston calipers, along with a 220 mm single disc at the rear.
The equipment on offer includes all LED lighting, a 4.3-inch all-digital TFT colour instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, 4 riding modes (Sport, Rain, Road, Rider), electronic cruise control, cornering ABS, traction control and more. The 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R continues to rival the likes of Ducati Panigale V4, Aprilia RSV4, as well as the Honda CBR1000RR-R in the Indian market.
